Analysis – Visibility and Risk Prioritization
Traced Security is an SSPM-focused dashboard project designed to help teams monitor SaaS security posture, detect risks earlier, and make complex security data easier to understand through a clearer and more actionable interface.
Performance
• Complex Data Overload: Security insights were dense and difficult to interpret quickly.

Goal
The goal was to simplify the way security data is structured and presented, making it easier to understand and navigate. By improving hierarchy and highlighting critical insights, the experience aims to support faster analysis and more confident decision-making.


Approach
We approached the project by first simplifying the information architecture and identifying the most critical security signals users needed to see first. The goal was not only to improve visual clarity, but also to create a dashboard flow that made risk monitoring, issue prioritization, and overall posture tracking feel more structured and intuitive.
Strategic Focus
This approach was shaped around the need to turn complex security data into a more structured and decision-oriented experience. Instead of adding more layers, the focus was on reducing noise, strengthening hierarchy, and making critical signals easier to detect at a glance.

Information Structure & Risk Prioritization
We redesigned the information architecture to create a clearer hierarchy across the dashboard. Security data was grouped into meaningful sections, allowing users to quickly scan, interpret, and navigate between different levels of detail without feeling overwhelmed.
Critical insights and high-risk signals were surfaced more prominently to guide user attention. By emphasizing what matters most, the interface helps users focus on urgent issues first and make faster, more informed decisions.
